Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a reliable prep cook for a McAlister's Deli location in Fort Wayne, IN. You will prep foods per prep lists and manager directions to ensure quality and portion standards.

You’ll keep your station clean and sanitized at the start and end of each shift, follow safety policies, and perform additional duties as assigned by management to support a fast-paced kitchen team.
