Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a prep cook for a franchised McAlister's Deli location in Carmel, Indiana. You will prep ingredients and food according to prep lists and manager directions, ensuring consistent quality using recipe cards and production standards.

You will also clean and sanitize your station at the start and end of each shift and adhere to sanitation and safety policies to protect guests and the establishment. Additional duties may be assigned by management.
