Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a prep cook for a franchised McAlister’s Deli location in Memphis. You will prepare foods per prep lists and recipe cards, maintain portion standards, and ensure consistent quality.

You will clean and sanitize the station at shift start and end, follow sanitation and safety policies to protect guests and staff, and assist with light dishwashing as needed. Additional duties may be requested by management.

• Prepares food of consistent quality with recipe cards and production and portion standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes station at beginning and end of shift which may include light dishwashing.
• Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
