Job Summary: Here at The Shack Restaurants, we like to prepare many foods from scratch. As a prep cook you are to prepare various recipes like sauces, meats, seafood, poultry, etc. You are to use the proper utensils and equipment to prepare these recipes, like measuring cups, scales, blender, and other equipment. There are also recipes that require hand breaded different foods.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Qualifications for prep cook require obtaining Food Handlers certification, must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
