Job Summary

Assist in preparation of food product, ensuring food is labeled and stored properly. Assist cooks where needed. Communicate effectively with coworkers and management. Adhere to safety procedures and follow sanitation and all company standards, policies and procedures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Specified preparation of all menu items.
• Food preparation.
• Sanitation – empty garbage, clean cooking line, sanitation buckets, etc.
• Rotation of all stock.
• Maintain high cooking standards.
• Side work – cleaning, restocking, etc.
• Cost control.
• Clean‑up duties – line area, grill fryer, microwave, floors, cooler and freezers.

Education And/or Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
