Job Summary

Prepares food and ensures quality food service is provided at all times. Communicates effectively with coworkers and management. Adheres to safety procedures, follows sanitation guidelines, and adheres to all company standards, policies, and procedures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Specified preparation of all menu items.
• Food preparation.
• Sanitation (cleaning cooking line, sanitation buckets, empty garbage, etc...).
• Rotation of all stock.
• Maintain high cooking standards.
• Side work – cleaning, restocking, etc...
• Cost control.
• Clean‑up duties – line area, grill fryer, microwave, floors, cooler and freezers.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
