Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is seeking motivated kitchen team members for a fast-paced, high-energy environment where every guest tastes the care you put into prep.

You’ll chop, mix, portion sauces and sides to exact recipes, label and rotate stock, and keep your station spotless as you set the line for service.

The Physical Stuff:

This role is hands-on and high-energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stockroom areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
