• Ability to follow Ruth's Chris recipes and portion controls.

• Prep, portion, prepare, and assemble all cold food items offered in the restaurant.
• Ensure all food products meet Ruth's Chris recipe specifications and quality standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PREP COOK

• Under the direction of the Sous Chef or Manager-on-Duty, the Prep Cook will prep, portion, prepare, and assemble all cold food items (salads, cold appetizers, and hot/cold desserts) offered in the restaurant.
