Job summary

City Barbeque, Llc is hiring for back-of-house roles to prepare food and support fast-paced restaurant operations. You will work across stations, maintain recipe accuracy and sanitation standards, and contribute to a hospitable guest experience in a high-volume setting.

Opportunities for daily teamwork and cross-training across prep, pits, dish, and front-line tasks are available. This role offers competitive hourly pay and a pathway to growth within the team.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for each shift and punch in/out accurately
• Prepare hot food items by following recipes neatly and safely
• Collaborate to take out and catering orders in a timely fashion
• Follow station checklists and cleaning procedures thoroughly
• Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with teammates and guests

• Complete hot food prep assignments by following recipes accurately, neatly, and according to sanitation guidelines
• Work in collaboration to prepare take out and catering orders in a timely fashion
• Follow station checklists and cleaning lists consistently and thoroughly
• Provide a positive attitude when interacting with teammates and guests
