Job summary

City Barbeque in Dayton, OH is seeking team members for back-of-house positions including Prep Cook, Pits, and Dish Washer. You will provide great backyard hospitality for guests and work in a fast, independent manner, with opportunities to cross-train across stations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for each shift and punch in/out accurately.
• Complete hot food prep assignments by following recipes, neatly and according to sanitation guidelines.
• Work in collaboration to prepare take out and catering orders in a timely fashion.
• Follow station checklists and cleaning lists thoroughly.
• Provide a positive attitude when interacting with teammates and guests.
