Job summary

USPI is seeking a motivated RN for Mountain View Surgery Center at Gilbert. This full-time role focuses on PreOp/PACU and OR circuiting, delivering quality patient care in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center.

The RN will position and prep patients, circulate cases, and support clinical operations while upholding USPI standards and patient safety. A valid RN license and current BLS/ALS/PALS are required.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted RN license in the state
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• 1-3 years’ PreOp/PACU or Critical Care experience; ambulatory surgery center preferred
• Current BLS, ACLS (ALS), and PALS
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions

Mountain View Surgery Center at Gilbert is seeking a motivated Full TIme Registered Nurse with PreOp/PACU and OR Circuiting experience to join our team. Mountain View Surgery Center at Gilbert is a fast paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.

Job Summary

The RN Pre-op/PACU is a Registered Nurse that provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The Registered Nurse, operating room, provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The RN will be working in PreOp/PACU (responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient) and circulating the case. The RN supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

Required Skills

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Must have at least 1-3 years’ previous experience in PreOp/PACU or Critical Care. Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred
• Must have current BLS, ALS and PALS
• Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
