Job summary

Mountain View Surgery Center at Gilbert, part of USPI, seeks a motivated Full Time Registered Nurse with PreOp/PACU and OR circuiting experience to join our fast-paced ambulatory surgery center in Gilbert, AZ. You will position, prep, and circulate for cases, delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in PreOp/PACU or critical care, current BLS/ACLS/PALS, and a strong understanding of aseptic techniques.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in Arizona.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• 1–3 years in PreOp/PACU or Critical Care; ambulatory surgery center experience preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient.
• Aseptic technique knowledge and ability to adapt to changing patient conditions.

Responsibilities

• Position the patient and prep in PreOp/PACU.
• Circulate the case during surgery.
• Provide nursing care and support in PreOp/PACU and OR.

Mountain View Surgery Center at Gilbert is seeking a motivated Full TIme Registered Nurse with PreOp/PACU and OR Circuiting experience to join our team. Mountain View Surgery Center at Gilbert is a fast paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.

Job Summary

The RN Pre-op/PACU is a Registered Nurse that provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The Registered Nurse, operating room, provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The RN will be working in PreOp/PACU (responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient) and circulating the case. The RN supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

Required Skills:

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Must have at least 1-3 years' previous experience in PreOp/PACU or Critical Care.Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred
• Must have current BLS, ALS and PALS
• Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
