Job summary

Tampa Bay Joint & Spine is hiring a Preoperative PACU Registered Nurse for a full-time role in the Clearwater area. The position requires Florida RN license, CPR/ACLS/PALS, and orthopedic/spine recovery experience.

You will support surgical patients through preoperative and PACU care, collaborate with surgeons, staff, and families, and help ensure patient safety and comfort. Candidates must be able to adapt to change, communicate clearly, and maintain aseptic technique.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Nursing License.
• Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Orthopedic and spinal surgery recovery experience REQUIRED.
• Ability to recognize, evaluate and solve problems and correct errors.

Tampa Bay Joint and Spine Surgery Center was formed by a group of local surgeons to offer easily accessible outpatient care to Clearwater and the surrounding communities.
The goal of any outpatient surgical visit is to provide the patient with a comfortable environment that focuses on their safety, supports the surgeon with the newest equipment, experienced staff, and results in a successful surgical outcome. Patients appreciate being able to recover in the comfort of their own home surrounded by family and friends.
Tampa Bay Joint & Spine is looking to hire a PreOp / PACU Registered Nurse on a Full Time status.
Required Skills:

• Current Florida Nursing License
