Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of nursing processes, patient assessment, and safe medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with policies and the nursing process.
• Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings, reporting changes promptly.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within documented competency and scope.
• Collaborates with the care team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
