Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing; BSN preferred
• Licenses/Certifications: Texas RN license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Two years of clinical RN experience

Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care per the nursing process for the patient age group.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to plan and coordinate care.
• Maintains accurate medical records and patient education documentation.
• Adheres to Memorial Hermann policies, safety standards, and quality measures.
• Provides patient and family education and supports transitions of care.
