Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking an RN for day shift with 6am–2:30pm, Monday to Friday. Call is required on a rotational basis for urgent weekend cases. Prior PreOp experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Current Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required by unit.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care, including assessments, exams, treatments and patient education.
• Maintains medical records and coordinates care with interdisciplinary team.
• Delivers safe care, adheres to regulatory standards and MHHS policies.
