Responsibilities

• Delivers professional nursing care in PreOp and PACU settings.
• Performs nursing assessments, assists with exams and treatments, educates patients, maintains medical records.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare team to plan and deliver care.
• Coordinates discharge/transfer planning and participates in program evaluation.
• Adheres to regulatory standards and Memorial Hermann policies.
