Chattanooga Pain Surgery Center, part of United Surgical Partners International (USPI), seeks a skilled Full-Time PreOp/PACU RN for a no-call, no-weekends, no-holidays schedule. The center offers a modern facility with one operating room and two treatment rooms, focused on compassionate, patient-centered care in pain management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS if required by the center.
• Minimum 2 years of PACU or Critical Care experience.
• Ability to make decisions using nursing judgment.
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet patient and unit needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity and quality nursing care for all patients.
• Monitor patient condition and ensure safety, comfort, and privacy.
• Assist physicians in procedure rooms with conscious sedation and sterile technique.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care from anesthesia to discharge.
