SurgCenter Pinellas is seeking an RN for PreOp and PACU to provide continuous, high-quality nursing care before and after anesthesia in a specialty surgical setting in Florida. You will monitor patients, ensure safety, comfort and privacy, and support physicians during procedures with sedation and sterile technique when required.
The role requires an active Florida RN license, BLS/ACLS (PALS if required), and typically 2 years PACU or critical care experience.

The PreOp / PACU Registered Nurse provides continuity and quality nursing care for all patients, with continual evaluation of the patient's condition, providing patient safety, comfort, and privacy at all times. May assist the physicians in the procedure rooms with various tasks, conscious sedation, and utilizing sterile techniques as deemed appropriate. Will provide total comprehensive patient care to patients emerging from general anesthesia and/or sedation; assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient and family in preparation for discharge
