Safety Harbor Surgery Center, part of USPI, is hiring a Preop/PACU Registered Nurse to join our ambulatory surgery team in Safety Harbor, FL. The PACU RN provides continuous, high-quality nursing care for patients emerging from general anesthesia or sedation, with emphasis on safety, comfort, and privacy.
Qualifications include graduation from an accredited RN program, active Florida RN license, BLS and ACLS (PALS if required), and 2 years of PACU or CC experience preferred.

Preoperative PACU Registered Nurse (PACU RN) at Safety Harbor Surgery Center
The PACU Registered Nurse provides continuity and quality nursing care for all patients, with continual evaluation of the patient\'s condition, providing patient safety, comfort, and privacy at all times. May assist the physicians in the procedure rooms with various tasks, conscious sedation, and utilizing sterile techniques as deemed appropriate. Will provide total comprehensive patient care to patients emerging from general anesthesia and/or sedation; assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient and family in preparation for discharge
