Job summary

Bon Secours Surgery Center at Harbour View in Suffolk, VA is seeking a Pre-Op/PACU Manager to lead Pre-op/PACU/PAT services and work with Senior Management to meet safety, quality, customer service and financial goals.

The Nurse Manager will oversee nursing staff, coordinate with physicians, and ensure high-quality patient care across the center. BSN preferred, VA RN license required, BLS, ACLS within 90 days, and ambulatory/leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current license as a VA Registered Nurse.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of start.
• Ambulatory nursing experience (2 years) preferred.
• Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Pre-op/PACU/PAT departments and duties.
• Support facility safety, quality, customer service and financial goals.
• Partner with Senior Management and physicians to coordinate care.
• Recruit, retain and supervise nursing personnel; evaluate performance.
