Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days (AHA).
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Illinois (IDFPR).
• College Diploma: Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Implements departmental nursing procedures and provides high quality comprehensive patient care in an office setting.
• Coordinates and prioritizes patient care activities and flow of patient data.
• Develops an individualized plan of care with patient/family and health care team.
• Completes required documentation including patient charts and event reports.
• Maintains knowledge of organizational policies and office procedures.
• Communicates effectively with staff, providers, patients and families to ensure continuity of care.
• Acts as a clinical resource and supports orientation of new staff, nursing and medical students.
