Job summary

The Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County, Inc. is seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist to support expectant mothers through the Prenatal Plus Program.

Services are delivered in clients' homes, in our office, in private community settings, and via teletherapy. Candidates hold a master’s degree in a clinical field and are pursuing Florida licensure as a Registered Intern; experience in psychotherapy for adults or families is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, MFT, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling with active pursuit of Florida State Registered Intern licensure.
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults and/or families, including assessment, treatment planning and documentation.
• Ability to establish therapeutic rapport while exercising sound clinical judgement.
• Bilingual proficiency in Haitian Creole or Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to adults and families across settings (homes, office, community, teletherapy).
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress per standards.
• Build therapeutic rapport and apply evidence-based modalities as appropriate.
• Support expectant mothers through prenatal mental health and transition to parenthood.
