Job summary

Tecovas is seeking a Sales Associate in the United States to support the store leadership team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will greet customers, sell, process transactions, stock the floor, and participate in store operations to keep a premium shopping environment.

Responsibilities include customer service excellence, product knowledge, shipment handling, stockroom organization, loss prevention, and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong customer service and selling abilities.
• Honesty and transparency in dealings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and drive sales on the selling floor.
• Provide product knowledge and services such as branding, debossing, boot shines to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist with receiving shipments and stocking merchandise on the floor.
• Track in-transit shipments and communicate information to leadership.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure accessibility for staff.
• Assist in and/or lead restocking to maintain stock levels.
• Support loss prevention through cycle counts and transfers.
• Participate in staff education and share product knowledge.
• Assist in maintaining store facilities and appearance.
