Oak View Group is hiring a General Manager to lead the food service operation at the Omaha Storm Chasers' Werner Park. You will oversee all managerial staff, ensure compliance with labor and sanitation laws, and drive profitable operations with an emphasis on revenue growth.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, vendor relations, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced stadium environment while maintaining high service standards. Salary range provided; full-time with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• BA or BS with a business-related major required.
• 5–7 years of management experience in the food-related or concessions industry.
• Concessions Manager Certificate from the National Association of Concessionaires.
• Nationally recognized, advanced food service sanitation training.
• Strong communication with employees, volunteers, management, and guests.
• Ability to make quick, sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure legal, efficient, professional, and profitable operation of the assigned venue.
• Generate and review financial reports, including budgets, projections, forecasting, revenue analysis, disbursements, capital investments, labor and product costs, wage and salary control, and P&L statements.
• Final decision-maker on equipment purchases and leases.
• Conflict resolution; arbitration and labor negotiations when applicable.
• Author, review, and amend policies and procedures.
• Author and amend contracts; authorize terms.
• Oversee scheduling and labor allocation.
• Analyze ticket sales to anticipate staffing needs and POS-to-guest ratio.
• Evaluate purchasing data to identify cost patterns.
• Program and maintain the POS system for accurate reporting and inventory.
• Direct managers in achieving future goals and provide guidance.
• Inspect operations to maintain quality standards.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with department heads for timely submissions.
• Develop an effective management team and provide direction.
• Evaluate managers’ performance and recommend improvements.
• Review menus and marketing plans with department heads.
• Maintain relationships with show managers, suppliers, and the public.
