First Class Parking is seeking a Parking Attendant to be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring safe and organized parking with excellent service. You will greet guests, manage vehicle flow, handle tickets, and maintain a clean, professional workspace in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous valet or customer service experience required.
• Able to work in an extremely fast paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for multiple hours and move efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests courteously upon arrival and departure.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely.
• Maintain control and organization of parking areas.
• Issue and collect valet tickets.
• Provide directions and general assistance as needed.
• Handle cash and card transactions.
• Inspect vehicles for damage before and after parking.
• Report issues to management and handle complaints professionally.
• Follow safety and driving regulations at all times.
• Represent the brand professionally.
• Maintain a clean and professional work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
