Job summary

Soho House & Co in New York seeks an organised after-sales specialist to support our high-value trade operations and premium client base. You will manage post-sale interactions, resolve delivery and product issues, and ensure exceptional service for trade customers and high net worth clients.

You will work with UK/US & EU trade sales teams to handle escalations, order management and after-sales support, maintaining relationships and upholding Soho House standards of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or post-sale operations for premium clients.
• Experience handling high-value orders and account coordination.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-sale support for high-value and bespoke orders.
• Serve as primary contact for high-net-worth clients requiring premium service.
• Resolve delivery, logistics and product issues quickly and professionally.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics and customer service for order fulfilment.
• Track orders, provide timely updates and proactive communication.
• Handle escalations and coordinate replacements, returns, or credits.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
