Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Business or related experience.
• Prior accounting or premium audit experience is helpful but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather financial and operational information from policyholders and analyze data.
• Prepare detailed Premium Audit reports for insurance carriers.
• Assist in classifying commercial operations to support coverage decisions.

THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A PREMIUM TELEPHONE AUDITOR

In this Premium Telephone Auditor position, you'll spend your day partnering with policyholders to gather financial and operational business information, helping uncover the details needed to accurately evaluate and classify commercial operations. You'll analyze data, communicate with business owners, review records, and prepare detailed, professional Premium Audit reports that insurance carriers rely on to adjust Commercial Lines policies. Every day brings new businesses, new challenges, and new opportunities to apply your analytical skills while making a meaningful impact on the auditing process. Through training, mentorship, and hands‑on experience, you'll steadily grow into a trusted classification expert who plays an important role in helping ensure accurate insurance coverage decisions.

OUR IDEAL PREMIUM TELEPHONE AUDITOR

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• General knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products
• Must reside within the United States

Insurance experience is helpful but not required. A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or an equivalent level of professional experience is also beneficial. Prior Accounting experience and Microsoft Excel experience are preferred.
