Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains service culture to ensure superior guest service by all team members.
• Deal games to the best of their ability per casino policies.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to all customers.
• Ensure department adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
• Maintain integrity of their assigned table.
• Handle payoffs, buy-ins, fills, and credits.
• Know promotions and events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
