Compass Group USA Levy is seeking a Premium Supervisor for the Enterprise Center in St. Louis. The role focuses on directing guest services, supervising staff, and ensuring timely food delivery with strong knowledge of the menu.

You will maintain safety standards, manage event setup/breakdown, and process sales via POS while upselling offerings to guests. This is a hands-on, fast-paced event position within a major entertainment venue.

Position Title: Premium Supervisor - Enterprise Center

Pay Range: $18.00 to $21.00

The Premium Supervisor is responsible for directing and responding to guest questions and needs. The supervisor initially meets the staff at the beginning of a shift and checks them in for the event. In addition, the Supervisor will go over event details with the directors. The supervisor should understand the content of the menu and ensure the timely delivery of food. Strict following of food and safety guidelines are required. The server is responsible for executing area setup and breakdown. The supervisor oversees the breakdown of the event once it is concluded.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Meets with the directors before the event to go over details.
• Supervises staff during check-ins and breakdowns.
• Ensures all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained throughout the event.
• Knowledgeable on all menu offerings.
• Establishes rapport with guests and understands suggestive and upselling techniques.
• Determine where guests would like to eat their meals and help them get situated.
• Thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided.
• Performs post event product inventory and restocks, as needed.
• Create, modify and close sales checks in point of sale.
• Understands all event paperwork and reports.
• Adheres to location appearance guidelines.
• Maintains service areas.
• Employs good safety and sanitation practices.
• Stand for long period of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.
• Demonstrate physical stamina/agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day.
• Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Move from sitting to standing position easily and quickly.
