Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a shift, ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure. Responsibilities include:

• Providing training and creating work schedules
• Evaluating performance, rewarding high performers, and disciplining underperformers
• Preparing reports on production or sales for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met
• Serving as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off
• Mentoring and developing employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement
• Performing other duties as assigned
