Job summary

Levy at Rose Quarter is seeking a Suites Captain to deliver food and supplies to guest suites and present beverages with a smile during events. You will maintain menu knowledge, follow OLCC standards, and keep service areas clean in a lively, high‑energy setting.

Ideal candidates bring server experience in busy venues, high attention to detail, and a friendly, team‑oriented approach. Evening and weekend availability is expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Friendly & energetic demeanor and guest‑focused attitude.
• Experience in server role within high‑volume food & beverage.
• Attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of wine, cocktails, spirits and beer preferred.
• Able to work in a loud, fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and deliver all food and supplies to suites.
• Present food and beverages to guests in the suites.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of complete menu and products.
• Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and suites storage.
• Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures.
• Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
