Position Summary

We’re excited to announce we are looking for talented Premium Suite Attendants to follow the direction of the Director of Premium and Catering Manager to deliver a unique hospitality food and beverage service offering for our premium suites. In this role, you will be part of an enthusiastic team committed to exceeding expectations and creating the best MiLB experience.

This role pays an hourly rate of $15, plus tips.

About the Venue

Fifth Third Park will be one of the newest and most state-of-the-art minor league baseball and entertainment facilities in the country! Located in downtown Spartanburg, SC, it will be home to the Hub City Spartanburgers, an MiLB affiliate of the Texas Rangers. The park will host 66 professional baseball games per season and will also be used for concerts, festivals, comedy shows, amateur sports, community gatherings, and private events. It can accommodate over 5,000 fans on game days and over 10,000 guests during concerts and other events.

Responsibilities
  • Work independently when required, using your own initiative.
  • Multitask and prioritize during busy periods; undertake any necessary tasks to help deliver a world-class experience.
  • Communicate effectively and stay organized, especially under pressure.
  • Set up and refresh food and beverage stations, including snacks, drinks, and catering orders.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests according to their preferences.
  • Ensure that any special dietary requests are accommodated.
  • Maintain cleanliness of food areas.
  • The primary goal is to offer high-level, personalized service to guests while maintaining the suite's cleanliness and readiness. This role is crucial in ensuring an elevated guest experience in high-end or exclusive environments.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED: A minimum of a high school education is required.
  • Previous Experience: Experience in hospitality, customer service, or housekeeping is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in VIP or Luxury Services: Preferred for handling high-profile guests or working in luxury settings.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with guests.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to notice and address small details to keep the suite clean, organized, and stocked.
  • Time Management: Efficiently managing multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Resolving guest concerns calmly and professionally.
  • Stamina and Endurance: Ability to work long hours on your feet and perform physical tasks.
  • Manual Dexterity: Handling small tasks like arranging food, linens, or decorations.
  • Lifting: Ability to lift light to moderate objects such as trays, boxes, or cleaning equipment.
