Job summary

Equinox is seeking a Style Advisor for our Brickell location in Miami. You will deliver a total and unparalleled customer experience to visitors of Equinox and The Shop, while supporting the Shop MOD with strategy and operational tasks.

You will collaborate with teammates to achieve monthly sales goals, uphold brand standards, maintain shop cleanliness, and present products with pride. This role rewards energy, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service business; preferably in retail.
• Hardworking and diligent, with honesty and integrity.
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas.
• Availability to work a varied schedule based on retail needs.
• Stand/walk/squat/bend/reach as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales goals and deliver an unparalleled customer experience.
• Maintain knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs and products.
• Uphold loss prevention and inventory policies; assist with operational tasks.
• Support merchandising and brand standards; maintain shop cleanliness and presentation.
