Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure service standards.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage and guest relations.
• Ability to multi task in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Sufficient mobility for extended periods of standing and moving.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction.
• Provide personal service and attention to detail exceeding expectations.
• Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer.
• Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments.
• Support service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Be knowledgeable of other outlets within the stadium.
