Levy Restaurants at Crypto.com Arena in Downtown LA is seeking our next culinary star as Sous Chef in the Premium Culinary Department for our highest level VIP clubs and luxury suites.

We are a renowned hospitality leader serving upscale venues and events. The role focuses on menu development, production oversight, cost control, and delivering exceptional guest experiences for celebrity clientele.

Qualifikationen

5 years of related culinary experience including 1 year at the management level.
Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts is preferred.
Experience in upscale hospitality or large-scale catering.

Aufgaben

Assist in coordinating and participating in preparation and cooking of various food items.
Assist with planning and creating menus.
Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary team.
Assist with managing cost controls and controlling expenditure.
Performs other duties as assigned.
