Smoker’s Destiny is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, educate customers on products, and ensure compliance with age-verification policies. You will maintain store standards, assist with inventory, and work as part of a team to hit store goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Willing to learn about products and educate customers.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a positive and professional attitude
• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
• Educate customers on cigars, Botanical products, accessories, vaporizers, and related merchandise
• Follow strict age verification (21+) and ID compliance policies
• Operate POS system and process transactions accurately
• Promote loyalty/rewards program and current promotions
• Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and premium store appearance
• Restock inventory and merchandise shelves
• Help maintain walk-in humidor and product displays
• Follow opening/closing procedures and daily checklists
• Work as part of a team to meet store goals and maintain company standards
