Job summary

Smoker’s Destiny, a premium tobacco and botanical retailer in Morrisville, PA, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, educate customers on products, and maintain store standards.

You'll greet customers, upsell products, follow age-verification policies, operate the POS, and work with a team to meet store goals. Competitive pay with growth opportunities and paid training are offered in a modern, premium retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a positive and professional attitude
• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
• Educate customers on cigars, Botanical products, accessories, vaporizers, and related merchandise
• Follow strict age verification (21+) and ID compliance policies
• Operate POS system and process transactions accurately
• Promote loyalty/rewards program and current promotions
• Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and premium store appearance
• Restock inventory and merchandise shelvesHelp maintain walk-in humidor and product displays
• Follow opening/closing procedures and daily checklists
• Work as part of a team to meet store goals and maintain company standards
