Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice in Buffalo, NY is hiring a part-time Food Safety Auditor to join our team at KeyBank Center. You will work with the health department and manage inspections to ensure all food safety procedures are followed.

The role involves overseeing quality programs, training staff, performing internal audits for events, and coordinating with our sanitation supplier. Availability for home game days is required, and weekly pay with benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the food safety industry.
• Availability to work home game days.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the health department and independent auditors around on game days and oversee the inspections.
• Oversee the quality and food safety programs, including implementation, training team members, and documentation.
• Complete internal audit programs for quality and food safety plans for each event.
• Perform the calibration of recording and measuring equipment.
• Be the liaison between the site and our contract sanitation/chemical supplier.

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Food Safety Auditor to join our team at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. As a Food Safety Auditor, you will work alongside the health department and manage inspections. You will help to ensure all food safety procedures are followed to ensure our team members and guests are kept safe.

Pay

$21.00 - $25.00 / hour
