Job summary

Memphis Grizzlies, working with FedExForum's Premium Services team, seeks a Coordinator to help coordinate and maintain all Premium Services programs. The role will assist the Senior Director with managing Concierge staff to ensure a safe, comfortable and excellent guest experience through planning, monitoring, delegating and controlling various departmental aspects before, during and after events.

• The Coordinator assists the Senior Director with managing Concierge staff to ensure a safe, comfortable, and excellent guest experience through planning, monitoring, delegating, controlling and managing many aspects of the Premium Services department.
• The Coordinator will serve as the point person for ensuring that all positions are filled on an event-by-event basis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain all Premium Services programs for FedExForum and the Memphis Grizzlies.
• Assist with contingency planning, staffing, and event execution before, during, and after events.
