W3Global is seeking an experienced Roofing Project Manager / Field Operations Consultant to oversee premium architectural roofing installations from contract signing through final municipal approval.

The role focuses on high-end residential roofing projects and insurance restoration, covering stone-coated steel, composite slate, synthetic shake, clay, tile, and concrete, with emphasis on safety and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of roofing experience, preferably on or managing specialized crews.
• Strong knowledge of premium architectural roofing systems and manufacturers.
• Familiarity with premium retail roofing projects and insurance restoration claims.

Responsibilities

• Oversee premium architectural roofing installations from contract signing to final municipal approval.
• Manage specialized roofing crews and ensure adherence to premium manufacturer specifications.
• Enforce SOPs, maintain OSHA safety standards, and oversee permits, inspections, and lien waiver documentation.
• Maintain daily digital documentation of installation milestones to support warranty requirements.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for homeowners, architects, and engineers.
