Qualifications

• Previous retail sales and leadership experience in a specialty or customer-focused environment.
• Experience coaching employees and supporting performance toward sales/KPI goals.
• Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative, hands-on leadership style with desire to develop professionally.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and laptops/tablets; basic Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability goals while leading by example on the sales floor.
• Lead and develop the store team, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and recognition.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with premium Le Creuset guidance.
• Support store operations: scheduling, cash handling, inventory, visual merchandising, loss prevention, safety, and policies.
• Provide store leadership in the Store Manager's absence and escalate issues.
• Communicate store performance to the Store Manager and collaborate with Retail/HR.
