Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends; 18-20 hours per week.
• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with opening and closing procedures and cash handling preferred.
• Dependability, sound judgment, and ability to follow security/operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Open and Close the Store: perform authorized opening/closing procedures, secure the store, manage keys/alarm codes, cash-handling tasks, and safety checks.
• Support Sales and Customer Experience: contribute to sales/KPI goals, provide personalized service, and share product knowledge on cooking, baking, and entertaining.
• Maintain Operational and Visual Standards: support cash management, merchandising, inventory control, loss-prevention, and Le Creuset visuals/standards.
• Contribute to a Positive Team Environment: communicate effectively, collaborate with team and store leadership, and adapt to changing business needs.
