Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience is required or preferred.
• Experience with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, or other key-holder responsibilities is preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and a varied schedule.
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, secure the store, manage keys and alarm codes, and complete cash-handling tasks.
• Support sales and customer experience by providing personalized service and product knowledge.
• Maintain visual and operational standards, assist with merchandising and inventory control, and support loss-prevention procedures.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and adapt to changing business needs.
