Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input into POS.
• Present checks promptly and process payments accurately.
• Deliver food and beverages according to service standards and perform quality checks.
• Coordinate course timing with kitchen to maintain smooth pacing.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work as needed.
• Support bar or host staff during peak periods when appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and stations.
• Check IDs to verify minimum age for alcohol service.
