Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Bartender to deliver memorable hospitality and engaging service from greeting to departure. You will understand guest needs, prepare beverages quickly, and contribute to a welcoming bar experience at Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa.

Required are 2–4 years of bartending experience, current certification or license, and knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of bartender experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Strong ability to describe drinks and upsell.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and set up the bar area.
• Guide guests through the beverage journey with menu descriptions.
• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests.
• Maintain stock, ice, garnishes, and bar cleanliness.
• Input orders at POS and present checks.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff to ensure smooth service.
