Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Bartender for Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa, a premier property in the Pyramid portfolio. You’ll greet guests, craft beverages, and provide a memorable bar experience with precise service and beverage knowledge.

You should have 2–4 years bartender experience, a current bartender certification, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting, delivering exceptional hospitality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the bar area and provide attentive service.
• Recommend and describe menu items and beverages to guests.
• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests.
• Prepare drinks following standard recipes and portion controls.
• Maintain bar setup, stock, and garnishes; ensure freshness of ingredients.
• Process payments at the register and close out tabs accurately.
