Job summary

Custom Vehicle Solutions is seeking a Pre-Delivery Technician to perform inspection, adjustment, testing and rigging of vehicles and equipment prior to customer delivery. You will inspect for damages, missing parts, and ensure all manufacturer requirements are met.

CDL must be valid; strong computer skills including Outlook are required. The role offers competitive pay and benefits, with a focus on delivering a positive first impression to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; entry-level experience acceptable.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and clean driving record.
• Computer skills and ability to use Outlook for reference info.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, adjustment, testing and rigging of vehicles and equipment.
• Check for damages, missing parts, and complete Pre-Delivery Inspection as required by the manufacturer.
• Record serial numbers and verify bills of materials and equipment lists.
• Perform warranty repairs as directed and provide timely feedback to lead person.
• Read job order; locate and obtain all applicable checklists; complete checklists neatly and legibly.
