Job summary

Caesars Entertainment's Harrah’s Lake Tahoe is hiring a Guest Services Associate for the High Dive Gym, Lounge and Pool. You’ll greet guests, assist with lockers, and upsell retail and outdoor activities to create a memorable experience.

The role requires a High School diploma, excellent customer service, fluent English, CPR training preferred, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds in a busy resort environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous Gym and Pool experience.
• CPR training preferred.
• Customer Service Skills with a very outgoing attitude.
• Literate and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check guests into the Gym and High Dive Pool Area Club with personalized service.
• Maintain knowledge of guest arrival/departure and sell necessary products.
• Clean general areas including gym and pool, restock supplies for a spotless environment.
• Assist guests with amenities and refreshments to ensure convenient service.
• Educate guests on gym/lounge use and outdoor offerings.
