Job summary

Southern Illinois Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to implement the plan of care under supervision of the Occupational Therapist. This on-site position supports inpatient and rehab services at the Carbondale campus.

Required: Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant, Illinois OTA license (or pending with code 3545) and BLS certification. Weekend and holiday coverage may be required per department guidelines; apply through our internal Workday portal after login.

• BLS certification required.
